Problems
To enhance the user experience, the goal is to develop a more intuitive and user-friendly introduction screen. This screen should facilitate easy exploration of information about supported merchants, exchange rates, and available countries/banks for sending money. The absence of this essential feature has posed a challenge, which is being addressed.
Solutions
To enhance the user experience, an interactive intro screen will be created. This screen will enable easy exploration of supported merchants, exchange rates, and countries/banks for money transfers. Clear navigation will allow users to switch between sections effortlessly. Detailed information about each supported merchant, including logos, descriptions, and special offers, will be provided. An exchange rate calculator for quick and accurate currency conversions will be integrated. A user-friendly interface for selecting countries and displaying available banks, along with relevant details like fees and processing times, will be developed. These improvements, presented within an engaging design, will allow users to effortlessly explore and access critical information, addressing the challenging aspect of the design.
